UK

When did you start your interest in exploration?

At school.

What is a brief understanding of your background story up until you started seeking adventure?

Was a soldier

What special skills do you have to help with your explorations?

Leadership, mechanical, navigation, experience.

Where have you explored so far?

Primarily Africa, but also, Central America, Middle East, and multiple journeys I swear.

What is a brief understanding of your adventures so far?

Motor travel to remote areas.

What are the top three destinations you hope to explore next, and why?

Eastern countries in the African continent you know to complete my circuit and raise awareness for Parkinson’s.

How do you primarily travel on your adventures today?

VW t5.1 camper van, 4x4, improved suspension and storage.

What are five pieces of equipment that you always travel with?

Tyre pressure gauge, compressor tow rope, jump leads, waffle boards

What inspires you to explore more?

New experiences.

Why is it important to embrace global cultures?

To foster mutual respect.

What are your goals when you explore?

To succeed.

What are some challenges you have experienced?

Lack of vehicle spares.

What has been your most meaningful moment so far?

Too many to list.

How has exploration changed you?

Broadened my mind.

What is the number one lesson that you have learnt through your exploration?

Don't be afraid to ask for help.

How do you explore locally?

I like to visit English heritage sites.

What advice would you give to others who are seeking life changing adventure?

Just do it.
