After more than a decade working in hospitality across Europe and the Middle East, Stefanie and Dario swapped hotel lobbies for the open road. Fourteen months ago, the German-Italian couple flew to Montreal, bought a 30-foot RV, and set off on a journey that has since taken them from the wild coastlines of Newfoundland to the Arctic edges of the Yukon, down through the length of the United States, and into the heart of Central America — with their two dogs riding shotgun the entire way.
